1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Riven ("rivenforms.in"), including our visual form builder, response dashboard, APIs, and associated web services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Riven provides a modern visual form builder and data collection platform enabling users ("Creators") to design, customize, host, and publish online forms to collect responses and file uploads from third-party respondents ("Respondents").

3. User Accounts & Authentication

To access form builder features and dashboard management, you must register for an account via email or OAuth Single Sign-On (Google, GitHub, or Discord). You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities and data processing occurring under your account.
• Notifying us immediately at amankrdev28@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized account access.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use Riven in compliance with all applicable laws. You agree NOT to build forms or collect data that:

• Attempts to harvest passwords, credit card credentials, Social Security Numbers, or prohibited sensitive personal identifiers.
• Engages in phishing, scams, deceptive practices, or malware distribution.
• Violates any intellectual property, privacy, or statutory rights of third parties.
• Sends unsolicited bulk messaging (spam) or overburdens our infrastructure with denial-of-service traffic.

Riven reserves the right to immediately disable any form or suspend any account found in violation of this Acceptable Use Policy without prior notice.

5. Content Ownership & Licensing

• Your Content: Creators retain all ownership rights to the form titles, custom field definitions, logos, and response data submitted to their forms.
• Platform License: Creators grant Riven a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, and display form data solely to provide the services under these Terms.
• Riven IP: Riven retains all right, title, and interest in the Platform, visual editor, source code, design system, and logos.

6. Service Plans & Billing

Riven is currently provided under available service tiers. We reserve the right to introduce premium paid subscription plans, usage limits, or enterprise features in the future. Any future billing features will require your explicit opt-in and agreement to payment terms prior to charging.

7. Account Termination & Data Erasure

You may stop using Riven at any time and delete individual forms or submission records via the Riven dashboard. Riven reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform at our sole discretion for material breach of these Terms or system security threats.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. RIVEN DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RIVEN AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS OR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
